If your account is not reactivated within 90 days from suspension we reserve the right to delete your information. QS Management (Pty) Ltd is an Australian Company, prices are in Australian currency (AUD), including GST and are subject to change from time to time.

REFUND POLICY
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about this service. But you can choose to cancel your contract, and receive a refund for the balance of your contract, if the service has a major problem. This is when the service: 1) has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it. 2) is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can't be easily fixed within a reasonable time. If you choose to continue with the contract, you can ask us to compensate you for any difference in the value of the service we provided and what you paid. If the problem is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed within this time we will view it as a major problem.

VERSION
The premium version of this product is a subscription based service. All functionality is available including the ability to receipt cash payments, link multiple sub tradie accounts to a single account and process credit notes. The free version of this product may have reduced functionality, but does include the ability to process credit card transactions. We reserve the right to suspend your account or charge a fee should a minimum of three thousand Australian dollars per month of credit card transactions not be processed through our website. Any new accounts registered before the 31/07/2015 will be exempt from the transaction limit requirement. We also reserve the right to limit the number of free accounts.
